  • Determined upon inception of the project, the producer will assign proper coverage for the project.

    Arrogant or entitled behaviour will not be toleranced.

  • The maximum number of satisfactory photos will be delivered; no extra cost. Each model will have plenty of time to pose for a series of shots, allowing them a series of photos that will meet and/or exceed expectations.

    The turnaround (the time it takes to take the photos through post-production) will be no more than a week from the conclusion of the project. All corrections will be addressed in the post-production phase of the project.

    License/Rights: Participant(s) agree(s) that, subject to the rights and licenses granted herein, Iosue Photography is, and will remain, the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, throughout the world, to all photos and any copies of the photos taken during the life of the project. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Iosue Photography reserves all rights and licenses not expressly granted in this Agreement. Photos will contain invisible copyright and ownership information embedded in the metadata of each image. Removing and/ or altering such information is prohibited and constitutes violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and (the) participant(s) will be responsible to Iosue Photography for any and all penalties and/or awards available under the statute.
